難以忘懷初次邂逅日式料理時的那份感動,我在老師傅的眼神中,體認到料理 的靈魂,源自於對食材的『堅持』與『執著」;那一份澎湃的感動,一路支持 我從洗米、煮湯的學徒,一直到立花壽司的成立。 壽司,是由米飯與各式各樣的食材組合而成,兩者看似簡單卻蘊含許多學問,食材的新鮮度是基本的要件,彼此之間的搭配是創造口感與層次的關鍵,對每-個細節的堅持與執著,只為了每一個來到立花的您,心滿意足的微笑。 I would never forget how moved I was when first time l encountered Japanese cuisine. From the old chef's eye I realized the soul of Japanese cuisine is the persistence and dedication of ingredients; the realization and inspirit kept me going from being an apprentice to an owner of Tachibana Sushi. Sushi is made of rice and variety ingredients. Looks simple but takes lots skill, the basic requirement is the fresh food. The combination of rice and ingredients is the key to create the special texture of sushi. Tachibana Sushi focuses on every detail to satisfy every customer. |
